Copyright 1896, published in 1904 by Louis H. Everts (Philadelphia). Front leather board is completely detached, the rear leather board is nearly detached, and the spine is missing. Covers are worn-through along the edges. Book has spots and stains on the textblock. First pages from the front free endpaper through page vi of the Preface are detached. Slight nicks and tears along the edges of the first few pages. Previous owner's name and notation on the first two pages; appears to be no other writing or markings. Overall, it is in Acceptable or Poor condition. Buyer should consider having the book rebound. Because of the damage to the binding, there are no returns accepted on this item.
