Book measures approx. 9.25" x 6" x 0.5" thick with the supplement being slightly smaller
Condition:
Book is in good condition with some signs of age, use and wear to include some yellowing of pages and some writing in it. There is also a page where someone has stuck a straight pin through the page to attach a newspaper clipping(this has left a few small holes in some pages).The binding is pretty tight and I do not believe that there are any tore or missing pages. The supplement is in fairly good condition as well with no missing pages and some writing in it. All photos were taken in full sunlight or indoors with a digital camera. Colors may appear somewhat different when viewed in person depending upon the light source.
