    Description

    Pictured is an uncommon & infrequently seen yellow ware figural bird whistle available for sale.  The whistle is unusual
    such that it is both all-yellow & a rooster.  More often, one would expect to see a Rockingham glazed song bird.  This whistle gives off more of a "Toot" than a high pitched sound.  It measures 3 5/8" in height & dates from 1870 - 1895.  It's
    in excellent condition with no nicks, damage or repairs.
