    Description

    Well Im not sure what to say. This looks exactly like the OTC thread chaser but it says Blue point NoTR-15 on the handle. there are also TR15-1 and -2 in other areas. It has six dies with it and everything looks to be working smoothly and in good condition. The upper parts seem to be made out of brass or something similiar as you can see from the pictures.
