This is an original 1960s vintage photo distributed to NBC network television stations for publicity purposes.  I recently obtained a large original-owner collection of 1960s network TV publicity materials and am offering this for the first time on ebay.
See images for a closer look.  Razor-sharp image; very nice condition with no pinholes, creases or tape stains.
There is some white substance on the surface; I have not tried to remove it but I'm sure it can be done safely ~ I just don't know the secret!
